Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING:

Custom Casings offers free USPS First-Class shipping within the US (including Alaska and Hawaii) with a $35 minimum purchase.

A flat standard shipping rate of $4.95 applies to all purchases under $35.

Most orders will ship out in 2 to 3 business days. USPS First-Class shipping may take 3 to 5 days for delivery depending on distance and season.

We do not offer International Shipping at this time. 

RETURNS:

We want you to be totally satisfied with your experience at Custom Casings.

Purchases may be either exchanged or returned for a full refund for a period of 30 days from date of delivery.

Exchanges are limited to availability of items in stock. Any price variation(s) will be applied. All sales are final after 30 days.

Any exchanged or returned products must be returned in new/unused condition and in the original packaging. 

Return product shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us first through our CONTACT page with your order number, reason for returning, and if you would like to return for refund or exchange the item.

Returns will be refunded back to the original method of payment. Exchanges are limited to stock on hand.

Any custom orders are final, and not subject to returns/exchanges.

If your order is defective, or has been damaged in the delivery process, please notify us through our CONTACT page within 48 hours of receipt. Please attach a photo of defective/damaged product and we will get you taken care of.
